Say " I'm 21 years young, I'm 60 yrs young. When you ask someone's age. Don't use the word "old". Ask " How young are you" Ignore the word "old" totally. There is some literature over this subject was available in Hindi also, one such book named “Yog ke Adbhut Chamatkar” by Swami Akshay Atmanand ji (follower of Acharya Rajneeshji, I read in my childhood in 1987.
