Law of Conveyancing: Ultimate Guide (Buy from Developer/ Sub-Sale, Cash/ Loan, With/ Without Title)

Hello ladies and gentlemen, in this video, I've crafted a video on the law of conveyancing, LAW512, which is a subject you'll be learning in semester 6 of UiTM Shah Alam Law School and its subsequent subject in semester 7. I think other law schools also study the law of conveyancing.
Honestly, when I started this subject out, I was very nervous and I had no clue of what it is all about. However, after classes and trying out past year questions, I feel more confident and I want to help others to better understand this subject.
This subject is generally regarding the transfer of property. It is one of the most profitable legal fields in the industry, because people are always buying and finding houses to live in, as well as building more communities and Malaysia is constantly urbanising.
We might be a bujang or have our own family, so we would totally want to get a comfortable home for our family or a place to live and commute to and back from work.
It can be from highrise (stratified property) to grounded properties. Condominiums, bungalows and you'll be learning about the JMB (the management of the highrise buildings) accessory parcels.
The relevant Acts are the;
* Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act, 1966 (Act 118) or HDA
* Strata Management Act 2013
* Strata Tiles Act 1985
If you're buying from a developer those real property, then you need to use the Contract within the HDA. If it is a sub-sale, meaning you're buying from a person who has already bought from a developer, then it is a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) governed under the Contracts Act 1950.
We can either buy a property from a developer or sub-sale, it can be with or without a title and our mode of transaction can either be through cash or loan. Then there is the Forms 14A, 16A, 16N, and the private caveat, it is somehow related to Land Law and the National Land Code (NLC) because the forms are found in the NLC in the schedule parts at the most back.
In every final paper, they will have questions related to the Form 14A, Real Property Gains Tax and calculating stamp duty during stamping and adjudication of either Form 14A, Form 16A or the Deed of Assignment for Transfer/ Security, DOA(T) or DOA(S).

As someone who's involved in the real estate management business, if I'm interested to learn the intricate and industry-specific details regarding the process of property conveyancing, what are the recommended list of books that I should seriously consider and study? Also, how long does it usually take before a person can become thoroughly versed in all aspects of property conveyancing process in Malaysia? I've approached some lawyers in the past. But, many of them weren't exactly forthcoming with information-sharing.
