like you always say that restrain your knowledge and understanding within the question while attending legal reasoning questions. but I have a doubt here . what if the principle does not say anything about it essential , let's say, principle of negligence is given but no mention of act of god...while in the fact this essential was implicit given the situation ...then do we have to forget that any such essential even exist?
