Klein tipje, wanneer je ziek wordt moet je juist geen vlees eten. Het duurt heel lang voordat je lichaam vlees verteerd heeft en moet hier heel veel moeite voor doen terwijl je lichaam ook bezig is met ervoor te zorgen dat je niet ziek wordt/hersteld. Beterschap!

+Roos Glorius oh wat apart, ik dacht juist vanwege het ijzer dat het goed was om vlees te eten, omdat ik me altijd wat zwakker voel als ik ziek ben. xo

+LilyLikecom ijzer is inderdaad goed voor je maar het vlees niet. Je kan dan beter wat spinazie en sojabonen eten voor dezelfde proteïnen en ijzers. Eigenlijk heeft vlees eten geen lichamelijk voordeel behalve dat het veel calorieën bevat per 100 gram (dus het is alleen nuttig als je graag aan wil komen). Hopelijk voel je je al een beetje beter! x
