In this video i have shared the summary of the hearing of the Gujarat Highcourt of Law students case.
Law students have filed a petition in Gujarat Highcourt regarding Sanad and All India Bar Examination appearance. as bar council of Gujarat has denied to give sanad to those students who has completed the LLB From non-recognised colleges.
Therefore all the law students of respective colleges files a petition against the Bar council of india to challenge their rules and they prey to sit in All India Bar Examination.
