They also honestly need a better name. I know Jakob is pretty attached to it, but Law is way too generic and doesn’t stand out in any notable way; it’s a pretty weak name for such a unique band. Also terrible for modern SEO - probably a bitch to find unless you also type in his name as well.

First time listener. Since comparisons to his dad are apparently unavoidable, I'll give my opinion. He's MORE talented. He's everything Bradley would have been if he had FOCUS, DIRECTION and STRUCTURE. Not that Sublime isn't iconic, but even their best work sounds like a hidden mic jam session. This dude needs and deserves exposure. There's no good reason why he hasn't been signed by now. Keep up the good work, Jakob.

Sucks that he is always compared to his Dad. It is uncanny though. I think the problem is that Sublime fans have been desperately looking for someone with a voice like this since 1996. But Jakob has a great voice- soul, tone, pitch, polish, and grit are all there. I hope to hear more in 2021. Would be a damn shame if this kind of talent wallowed in obscurity. Go Jakob- seize the moment, refuse to be denied!

I disagree, I'd like to know if its Jake on guitar cuz that's what is closest to the sublime sound, his voice needs much more soul and depth along with life experience, i.e. whiskey soaked vocals, the screechy high tones are like nails on a chalk board. Omg track 2 is worse " ah wah woah woah ha ha haaa " eeesh! It's so close when he screams, tears into those vocals hes gotta break his voice first. I dont wanna advocate the use of drugs but his vocals need them also needs alot ,ALOT of his Dads reverb and dub echo efx . It could work it's starting to come together during track 3. He may just be young ,he needs some help from eric and Bud
