He is the worst lawyer I've ever heard . Vocabulary is poor and he struggles to frame coherent questions , is someone paying for him? He is plodding and repetetive, it must drive the witness crazy .

I hope jury hears what the defendants own attorney took the time to point out. The deceased had several hospital visits in the year prior to his death- so he did choose to go to hospital when he was able to make that decision. In my opinion this basically counters that whole” he wouldn’t like it “issue.

I believe this lady , she’s not seeming to be more on one side than the other. just being honest with everything she observed and went through that she remembers best to her knowledge. I don’t believe the daughter . I feel the daughter was disturbingly manipulated to dislike her dad, which is so sad 😞 we don’t know what her home life was like I KNOW. but her testimony was FOR SURE coerced! did not come out genuine with her answers at all.

She sure was nodding & smiling at the son during his testimony. She was clearly visible at the end of the gallery bench just behind the defense attorney. Her behavior definitely caught my attention and I wondered who she was. What she’s describing now makes me wonder if her little sister wasn’t poisoning Michael all along.
