Sad to say there was a mistrial. Hoping they retry him because he’s just as guilty as they come. I think his Grandfather knows more than he put off on the stand yesterday.

So this is the video that ties him to the case? Imagine if he wore a disguise or slightly less memorable clothing & casually WALKED out after a longer time period. The defence are hanging their case on this person not being Sheldon under reasonable doubt.

To say that the entirety of evidence against the defendant is overwhelming isn't hyperbole. Between messages to the victim, his internet searches, store purchases, photos of his vehicle on the timeline, plus photos of him carrying a shovel and wheelbarrow... Mr. Herrington is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
