@commentaryinception I think that once they've been impervious to criticism for so long, this sort of behavior seems perfectly normal. Because for them, it is. Having power over those you serve & know you virtually can't be fired, you begin to forget what serve means. She obviously saw her employees' behavior as normal bc he was being disrespected by some nobody, the father of a criminal. How dare he!! When the rules are made to make sure you win consistently, losing becomes unacceptable. She expects to win, be it an order, a disagreement, or a case. Eventually, she is offended by the rare cases where someone is willing to suffer extremely in order to fight a battle stacked against them. Hence the impervious entitled attitude. Imho, of course..

Yesterday or the day before, Mr. Adams had a motion for mistrial and they were waiting for the jury to be excused so that he could make it & put it on the record. As soon as the jury was out of the courtroom, Ms. Love starts talking… Like, ma’am. You should know that if the defense requested the motion, they go first. Sit down & wait your turn. But she never does… and she absolutely behaves this way habitually because year over year she’s been made to believe that this is acceptable. It’s wild behavior but she does it all without batting an eye.

I've watched the majority of this case and I can't help but wonder how these people obtained their positions at all. It's very sad that even our courts seem to be aligned with conducting questionable interview tactics, admitting supplemental evidence let alone direct threatening witnesses and forcing them to testify. The entire DA office needs to be gutted and actually hire competent lawyers.

Bc the state has a duty to prove guilt so by default it will take more time. The defense job is to only cast doubt in the testimony which doesn’t take much time.

Not that I blame them. One might say this in a panic to avoid jail\prison, then think totally about what to say on the stand in front of your friends & the world.. Everybody 'knows', yet they disagree. ;). The only people who actually know? That'd be those who 'know' that the witness is the only one who knows (if anyone), everyone else thinks\believes\surmises.. I've been noticing that too. If you pay attention, after Love puts her phone down, the judge is always saying something to stop the defense questioning. It happens all the time. I started noticing it not long after they came back from the break. This case is so broken...not that there is really a case to begin with 😂

The state prosecutor failed to Understand the need to keep her witnesses safe, she should have done video depositions and used witnesses protection. This is why it’s backfired on them. These people are scared obviously, they still live where they do and they probably concerned for their family safety as well. This is the problem with lawyers and police, you want individuals to testify but you do nothing to protect them, with that you will always get someone who retracts their statement!

I literally have a folder on my channel specified for such. Lastly, these individuals have committed murder and poisoned the community beyond simple 'weed ' sales. I literally have a folder on my youtube dedicated to these cases. These guys have poisoned the community way beyond simply selling weed. They have shot at mothers and fathers home's and barbershop's, innocent people present! Killed and glorified it on social media and in music. As you correctly stated, I am not incorrect !

5:27:23 : Why isn’t “beyond the scope of cross” a valid objection? I thought that redirect has to be limited to only what is asked on cross examination. She is well beyond that with these questions. (Also, I know I’ve said it already, but that annoying stutter speak thing that DA Love does is AWFUL. Day 137 in the books. Where are the unbiased people? Do you guys think Ms. Love got what she needed out of Zachary? His statements back in 2015 definitely seems like he was telling the truth versus when he got on the stand, now all of sudden “he was telling a lie”. Crazy how his head was hurting with Ms. Love but head didn’t hurt one time for the defense 😅 I do think Ms. Love need to find another strategy for her witnesses & her re direct needs to get straight to the point. She starts a whole new direct examination over again.

@@LisaShaw1 you think so? lol. She made it this far but it’s very telling for sure. I would be glad to see her previous cases but I’ll pass lol. This is ENOUGH. I think if this case doesn’t go in the favor of the state, it’s 100% her fault because she’s the lead on the case.
