So Andrea knew the perp was in the bedroom with her alone "playing a jumping game" She also told DL that his Dad left the apartment with Breasisa. Wow. How is she not charged.
@Shirmikac Жыл бұрын
That is what I am wondering because she should be charged for accessory to murder and endangering a child because not only did she see a child…a female child outside with a big shirt on standing by the car at night and did not call the police did not keep asking questions so what she did not have the mothers number call the police if the girlfriend would have did that Briasia would have still been alive
@micro-uhgresh-uhnn Жыл бұрын
Andrea is a cripple with self esteem issues. Henry didn’t even claim to be her man. She said they were together 6+ years. In his interview he said she’s only a friend for a few years. He used her and took advantage of her resources.

The interviewer was irritating me. Asking him, "why are u so mad, why are u so angry, why are u crying, why wont u tell me every where u and ur dad went". He probably doesnt even know why hes mad & cryjng! Maybe he's overwhelmed, scared, worried about his sister, sick of everyone interrogating him...cuz i know his family is questioning him too. He's feeling the the pressure. And maybe he cant remember every place they went. Or just cant think of them at the moment. Geezus...let the kid breathe!
@tbarker41 Жыл бұрын
DL sounds pretty on point to me! Inconsistencies are understandable and explainable for an 8yrs old. For example, he said it was light outside when Bre and his dad left….what do you know the parking lot was well light with street lights…..thank god there are professionals that know how to handle these situations with children. Everything he said pretty much linked/matched up with what the detectives found. If it wasn’t for him there would be no case….praying for the family, especially DL. Hope he gets plenty of love and lots of therapy to help him grow up to be a great young man🕊️💙

Also when the cops were outside at the apartment, the very first day and Henry and DL pulled up The cop asked him when was the last time they saw Bre , DL said that morning when he woke up she was still in the bed the cop responded oh I thought “ And DL hurried and said no I mean when I went to bed that night she was in the bed . He keeps repeating himself to this detective, that he saw Bre when he woke up that morning.. 😢😢😢😢 Bless his heart ♥️ hes so confused. A lot of people are trying to say that Henry is covering for DL , and that DL got mad bc Henry was spending more time with Bre and DL got mad and hurt Bre that’s why his story keeps changing. I totally disagree ,and don’t think that’s the case whatsoever!!!!!

Omgggg as a forensic psychologist who also worked as an LPC b4 getting my PsyD her style of questioning is irritating the heck out of me. A 20 hr certificate DOES NOT QUALIFY YOU TO INTERVIEW CHILDREN of violent crimes

I think it would have been smarter to ask a child specialist to come interview him. She obviously didn't know how to handle his emotional needs, especially by saying things like " You have to help me find your sister" and this is the last time they could talk! That's way too much pressure! Kids don't understand time & travel! Those are abstract thoughts, and they needed to actually help him put things in order! I feel so bad for him! For example, in his mind, there could be a difference between going to a store and Wal-Mart. My kids didn't understand why I called CVS the drug store. My 9 year old thought that since I was pregnant with his sister, we had to get married again and he had to be a part of it. DL was 8 years old! Third grader!
@Habeshamorena87 ай бұрын
This is why as a forensic psychologist we hate it when law enforcement interests interview children. As a psychologist we use psychotherapy using different approaches and modalities to abstract information also we don't just fire off questions

He’s a kid so his story will change a bit especially considering he’s been probably listening to his mother about the case. So extra details may come from him talking with or hearing his mother. Either way this man is guilty… the child’s mother definitely needs to work with him more after this is all over. He behaves like a child who has no real structure or guidance….

Of course, his story is inconsistent. HE'S 8 years old. At that age children have no concept of times, they will say something happened yesterday or last week and it really was six months ago. Also he doesn't have the ability to use reasoning. His little prefrontal cortex is so underdeveloped. Also he doesn't have the ability at 8 to differentiate between what he actually witnessed and what he perceived to be happening vs what his sperm donor said happened
