Let's be 100% clear, No NDA covers criminal activity. End of story. I don't care what the person had you sign or what they gave you for signing it because it if was for covering up a crime then no court will uphold the NDA. A NDA, or Non-Disclosure Agreement is for real things like company secrets, propriety formulas, company client lists, and real situations where people and companies have things that they do not want to be out in the public knowledge and for good reason or we would all be selling Coca-Cola out of our front yard instead of lemonade right now. It does not cover any criminal activity and let anyone bring that before a judge and be like "they want to tell the cops about the crime I did and paid them a bunch of hush money for" and see how it goes, seriously.

There would be people picketing outside the auditorium, and students would chant to drown him out or straight up just stand up and howl in their seats the way they do when they disagree with a visiting speaker.
