Tha case was ordered to be reopened by SC.. The HEARINGS for grant of bail was going on for 15 months. No other progress in the case.. Very soon we will have a situation in this country where criminals can only be punished if the crimes are committed in front of the judges, otherwise they will go scot free, we have ended up in this sad state of affairs with mockery of justice bcoz of a faulty interpretation of human right and democratic spirit which calls for humane treatment of all actions against the culprits but which at the same time can’t ensure human rights and democratic spirit being practiced by criminals as that is an impossibility.

Supreme Court cannot punish the guilty even if the crime is committed in front of them because,if they try to punish the guilty, then their heads will role, realistically, not euphemistically, on to the tables and laptops of the arguing lawers with blood splashed all around. If you ask me a question who is discharging his duties responsibly, between the PM and Supreme Court, without hesitation i will bet my life on the PM who is discharging his duties equitably among all citizens, while the Supreme Court discharges it's duties favourably to Sibal and Singhvi.

Supreme courts proceedings need to be totally digitized -- Sealed cover looks to be 300 years old technology -- Today we have work flow tools High security information transfer technology etc.. Need massive PROESS IMPROVEMENT in SC -- I feel current set of Lawyers and Judges need to Visit some serious IT company to see what IT can do .. Since last 10 years I have not used paper and pen and 100 % it is digital -- Everything means everything .. Last 5 years I have not taken Prints of AIRTICKETS and TRAIN TICKETS -- everything is digital --
