@@megspradlin7345 Trust me no one is following this case more than I am and I am very aware of what this argument which by the way they've provided no evidence of, but then again the burden of proof for detainment is low. My point is this, not only are they detaining him but they are goin out of their way to make his defense much much harder and using every available avenue to silence him -- Actions the judge agreed were a violation of privilege. He has spoken to two witnesses both of which he didn't know where witnesses at the time of contact. This has all been discussed and still the judge will not give him bail, despite a president being present of bail being given in similar cases. To me, and many many attorneys interviewed on this case have mostly agreed the government's overstepping in this case. The government CANNOT silence you until proven guilty, they are clearly doing so.

I am sure this new judge basically pointed out that the defence lied and put them on the spot by pointing out the note pads at the time where NOT labelled Legal, as claimed or clearly implied by the Defence. Which was not true as there were images of the raid. They conceded that in fact they didn't know if they were marked legal or not at the time. Judge told them to make sure their disclosures to court were accurate/true basically giving them a school boy telling off. Diddy and his defence are clutching at straws. For one, they are just using what arguments they have, whether strong or not, because at the end of the day the legal eagles are charging him per hour and he wants to at least feel like he is fighting them, regardless of these little skirmishes will yield anything for him. It is psychological comfort that is simply what he is clinging to. The attourney's here are the only winners.
