@Sally Ann He looked at the Q score after Aquaman and before Waldman's statements (so that the public was not influenced by that). After Aquaman, because that was her break out moment, her "a star is born" moment, as the defence says and looked at other people's Q score from different times (Jason Mamoa somewhere in 2020 for example). They don't all have Q scores at the same time. He did nothing wrong. The defence try to show it that way, and you missunderstood. But he presented her Q score at the perfect time and hers is that mattered. The other actors had better Q scores throught their carrer anyway, and much better than hers. I would argue that Mamoa or Gadod may have better Q scores at other times, but he showed the ones after Aquaman anyway, and the only important one, Amber's, at the most opportun time (even her defense would agree as they see that her "a star is born" moment).

When one of them comes back from asking questions the other lawyers in their team pat then in the back, or show some sign of recognition of a job well done. They are a close knit team. Amber’s team on the other hand seem disjointed and not cohesive or together at all.

Johnny has psychological trauma and scars in his heart that he tries to numb with drugs and alcohol, but he has a good heart and is very generous and compassionate, as a result, people loves him a lot. Amber is the opposite , and because of that, I think her career is pretty much over.

@@papasitomamasita You are just very hurt by how much people around the world loves and supports Johnny Depp unconditionally, and the reason why, is because the truth is on the open. He has never denied his drug and alcohol addiction, but Amber was so quiet and "cute" ready to climb as many ladders as she could, no matter what.

Kudos to this judge, she is patient, respectful and treats the witnesses accordingly… can she say what her ruling would have been when this case is over ? Would be very interesting to know her opinion considering she is the one who have heard it all..

she's TOO patient! This was a 1 week trial DRAGGED OUT TO SIX WEEKS (cuz lawyers getting paid by HOUR) and she lets them WASTE the jury's time every minute with endless bogus objections and sidebars.

The contrast in manner and decorum of Dr Shaw today vs Dr Spiegel yesterday is astounding!!! Dr Shaw presented his arguments clearly and concisely without talking over anyone, which is already more than Dr Spiegel could offer yesterday.

In some ways I really feel all court cases should be public… if more of these “experts” were broadcasted publicly like this, they would get away with a lot less. The shady experts stay under the radar because they are not widely seen like this.

@@PEYPLACE facts. Did mock trial in HS (only lasted 2 years lol) and I was cast as a witness. My mentor thought it was a good idea for me to watch court cases 😂 I had to attend 1~2 trials a week at the courthouse, most of them civil. Most of the one I attended would almost put me to sleep 😅 They read from 6" binders, stuttering/shuffling for documents. And almost always looking at the court timer nervously.

Most court cases are public, if not televised you can attend in person. The fact is most court cases are *boring*. No one pays them much attention. It's only these high profile cases that get televised and viewed.
