I’ve read different people comment: “Innocent until proven guilty” (suggesting that he should have been released) and that’s right until some extent. There are some cases (this one applies) where the evidence is overflowing and if the prosecution proves that the person in question is a danger to not only run but to tamper with evidence, witnesses (which was doing already), has the sources to it and shows that he still in that path due to the search of his residence, it’s clear to the judge that he must keep him in custody. If it were any other citizen he would have keep them in custody too, if he would have rule any different it would have clearly let the money and influence get in the way of very serious counts. He is not sentenced, he and his lawyers will have their shot at the trial but until then, stay locked.
