So that neighbour not only got her stuff back, sent her neighbours to jail (for the couriers mistake!) but also likely called and got her refund. The courier companies actually ask that you not go and confront and they would never in a million years tell you to call he police. They prefer to offer refunds. They want their drivers errors reported to them.

But honestly, it is not in any way illegal to keep a package that is misdelivered. It is not the responsibility of a party to give a package that has been delivered to the wrong address. If they just said I’m not answering any questions without my attorney, VS would have just had to resend the order or return the money. The victorias secret fiasco made me so mad at that mother, totally covering for her criminal daughter's theft, with such enabling why would she ever act right? Says a lot that she's been on probation her whole life. That whole family is shameful.

The Victory Secret mom should go to jail. She went from never seeing the package because she was sleeping with her yapping dogs to, she just threw it downstairs to her husband brought it in. She is as guilty as the daughter wearing the underwear.
