I personally think Homeland Security has been building a case for sometime by interviewing people. These rumors have been going on forever. I think it’s possible the Keefe D arrest happened because of this investigation. I also think Cassie has been mentioned a lot as a coconspirator, it’s likely they interviewed her and told her to file the lawsuit. I also think they released that video so the court of public opinion knows she is a victim too. I think PD knew he was being closed in on and settled quickly with Cassie in hopes this would go away. I don’t mind them taking their time, but damn I hope it doesn’t get swept away and buried in order to protect powerful people.
