I personally felt sorry for them to even have to set next to him during this hearing. They for sure dodge a bullet. No matter if the represented him or not a guilty verdict would had been handed down. One of the best evidence cases I have ever seen. Thanks to the technological and cell phone cameras we have today.

You will have to do some homework on the SovCit movement. It's mostly about twisting words and phrases. With an underlying conspiracy theory mentality. He basically has no defense, but has bought into the movement, and it's mentality. So he will tie up the courts time with irrelevant motions, bizarre objections, and meaningless assertations. But you really need to read up on SovCit to get a feeling for how it works.

I believe if he does go pro se he can't contend any diminished responsibility on mental health grounds unless he has [he hasn't] got clinical proof he WAS incompetent at the time, but NOW [miraculously] isn't. This judge should not hold this guys hand throughout the trial. He wanted to be his own lawyer, then he’s responsible for getting all papers, and documents for this case. If he says “I don’t have that, I never got it, etc…” as long as everything is mailed to his cell and there’s certification of delivery; Then too bad, the trial must continue. Screw this guy.

All the pretrial hearings are titled the same & its realty difficult to find which is first since there are no dates on anything & the recordings are all mixed up on your video list. This is an excellent trial for psychology, medical, law, law enforcement & other students to study & most of your recordings are very good for that so will probably be accessed a lot over years. Some of the early pretrial ones have dreadful audio though - it’s way too quiet, so if you can do anything to fix that, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊

Mad impressed at how professional this judge has been so far. She demands respect without being demanding. It's even more impressive in a situation like this where the defendant is uncooperative and difficult. Honestly, if she has kids, I bet she is a great parent. I like her.

How this judge keeps from laughing or smiling when he starts saying “to just take people off the witness list because they do not want to be recorded” … I could not have kept it together. Sadly it allows him to traumatize his victims because she has no control what he may or may not say. Most attorney's would have a "filter " over their comments. He is a sick disgusting individual! I am not sure what the ramifications are for a "fair trial" if he says/does things that would get lawyers disbarred or defendants removed from a courtroom. If he continually does or says things, can she remove him and hold him in contempt of court and allow the proceedings to move forward? If not, I am sure that is what he plans to do so he can try to get a "mistrial"

Watching this hearing on the other side of the trial, I see how so many of the difficulties and his antisocial personality disorder are being foreshadowed in the hearing. Judge Dorow saw all this ahead of time. She knew what she dreaded was coming. A rough road brilliantly traveled and overcome.

I’ve watched her interrogation like 3 times, I loved when they brought out the video on her phone (that she deleted but they recovered) showing her yelling at him and telling him he deserved this and isn’t letting him out, after she just told the detectives they were just “playing a normal adult game of hide and seek, we were laughing and having so much fun!” Lol
