I knew Montgomery when he and I were in the same sober house. I found him to be uncaring and not a nice person. He had a young child that lived near the sober house. He treated him awful. While sitting in the living room Adam would brag about his various arrests and imprisonments. His life of crime, he said, began when he was 15. Adam bragged about his "plan". When he got kicked out of one sober house he'd go to another one, claiming he was serious about his recovery. This went on for months. It was his way of not ending up on the street. On one occasion when Adam became violent I looked into his eyes and saw evil. Pure evil! Of course, I had no idea that evil would cause the murder of his daughter. Adam would brag about what happens to people who hurt children in prison, in the general population. The tables have turned. Adam was very concerned about being in the general population. He requested to be put in solitary to keep him safe. Who was there to keep Harmony safe? Adam got his kicks out of bullying people in the house who were insecure and smaller than him. In prison, Adam will be getting treated the way he bullied people in the house. One day he'll have to answer to the higher power for his actions. R.I.P. Harmony.

@@CarrieAnn77 where did you end up finding your cat? How far was he/she? We had new neighbors move in last year and they lost their cat, and were looking everywhere and couldn’t find him in the neighborhood. About a week or two later he was found 10 miles away, somehow crossed a freeway, and multiple busy intersections. Someone found him and took him to the Animal Shelter and they got him back. They strange thing is he was walking in the direction of their old home. There are articles on the internet that claim that cats have a internal campus that directs them towards home, and when lost sometimes they’ll try to go towards their old stomping grounds. So weird.

@UnseenOct
@UnseenOct 11 ай бұрын
@kellieandjimmccann6737 it was. To be fair, DCFS in Massachusetts argued against him having custody but the lawyers failed to bring evidence as to why. Harmony's lawyer didnt oppose it and neither did her mom's lawyer, so he was outnumbered. The judge refused to open a child welfare case across statelines, too, meaning nothing was communicated about harmony to NH

Yes and the poor girl had no where to go to toilet. The gas station toilets are not the best or even having to go to toilet outside, when only 5, must have been strange for her. Probably too scared to go to toilet. Even if she did tell them she wanted to go I doubt they even gave her the option. When mine were 5, I would ask regularly if they needed to go. Before bed I would make sure they went and first thing in the morning. The poor girl could have had an accident in her sleep. There was no concern or care for those children, espresso Harmony.

I work in 1 of the hospitals near here. I've come in contact with several people, drug addicts who know Adam & are associated with the crowd he dealt with. Several people that knew the ex gf too, the innocent 1. Not the wife. It's so incredibly sad bc from what I've been able to gather... it was NO SECRET that him & his wife were peices of Sh** AND that their children were directly in harms way due to their drug use, & this clown pretending to be a gangster. No one ever said or did anything, no one ever gave their kids a 2nd thought.. They're all circling the drain due to their addictions. That's their life, & all that matters to them. Let me just share: if the drug itself doesn't take u out quickly, it will & is killing u slowly from the inside out. These people have become 'frequent fliers' mid 20s - 30s. Extremely sick & each time presenting undoable damage. Lastly, it is absolutely PATHETIC how many people tried to come forward & "help" trying to get a peice of that reward money. Harmony has kept me up at night. It's been 1 of those cases that sticks with u & is always in ur thoughts. This was way too close to home for me. It's easy to immerse yourself in these tragedies, & gain enough information to give u nightmares. But to see how many lowlives revolved around this sorry excuse of a man & slob of a woman... it's despicable

DCYF should never have given Harmony to this monster...she didn't even know him, he hadn't been a part of her life from what i understand! Not understanding why DCYF would place a little girl with a father she didn't know who obviously had a lot of questionable circumstances in his living arrangements that should have been a huge red flag to DCYF! When is the law going to start going after DCYFs around the country who place these precious babies with monsters and they end up getting murdered or seriously hurt by them?! @imfinethanksforasking 11 ай бұрын
@@kristinn3367 indeed, he responded like a man who has ongoing relationships which are adversarial but usually cordial, with law enforcement, i.e., like a man who is familiar with interrogation tactics. I understand the case is emotional and he is a monster but his interaction with the police, if guilty (and he was, and is) was going to be nothing but a fishing expedition. Picture the same type of guy with the same accent in a movie about a Boston bank heist, and then the scene where he gets picked up. He will say the same things and nothing more while being outwardly helpful, but the tenor will not be, and has not been here, other than brusk and professional. Because this man had a job doing crime, and hence trying to get away with it. It's not monstrous to not talk to cops. That's my point. He would have said this if they asked about ANYTHING. If True Crime became the law of the land, we would probably have indefinite detainment and 'enhanced interrogation' within a few years, because monsters etc. Everyone is emotional while the parties in this clip are all rational actors, despite how irrational their crime might have been. Everyone is following self-interest. He already killed her, they are telling him to reveal her body and therefore be less reviled, which they all know is not true. He tells them he is mystified, and will talk when he has a lawyer. This is America. The state's motto is 'live free or die' etc. Or in this case die in prison, but not before due process.

Mine come to me about everything and In 15 years Of being a parent I have never caught my kids in even a small lie. I hate when people make fun of parents like us who don’t spank, hit etc. Or say kids these days are a certain way because they aren’t spanked or hit. It’s nonsense. My parents just think I was good because they did that stuff. Reality is they just don’t know the bad things I did when I was young. I hid it all because I couldn’t trust them and was scared of them. No matter where you live in the United States the judicial system is overwhelmed and continues to work with disparity. Obviously it's failed multiple times which is one too many. We are told to vote and that alone is supposed to change things and it never does.

It's important to go local, if you want to affect real change. Unfortunately the closer politicians get to DC, the further they get away from real people. I vote Democratic because it's the party that cares about enacting policy and is most aligned with my values. I don't care about tax cuts for the rich or having a Dear Leader. It is important to vote, in every election, every time, but local races are the ones that will affect our daily lives. PS. Turn off cable news. There's not much reporting there, it's all about future prediction from pundits that want to keep us all worried and anxious. The sky isn't always falling if you stay off of social media.

It literally made me sick watching this interview. I wish I knew a few inmates at the facility he is residing in. All these precious kids murdered at the hands of their mother or father. Give them to someone who will love them!!!!! It's that simple. Couldn't say she was alive. Those are some tough police cause I'd of put my hands on him.

His body language is so interesting. Watch 10:03 - 10:30. The cops tell him about the $40,000 reward & how the money is bringing people out of the woodwork. AS SOON as the cop says people are coming 'out of the woodwork' at 10:20, Adam asks for another cigarette. He also leans forward & puts his hands on the table like he is holding a poker hand (10:23). He literally sits that way, looking like he's protecting his poker hand, for the rest of the interview, another 20 minutes. It's like unconsciously he's physically mimicking what he's doing in the interview--protecting his cards, not showing his hand, holding back the information he has. I think he knows the ultimate information he has--the cards he's hiding in his hands there on the table--is the whereabouts of Harmony's body.

What’s even worse is the amount of times he says child services came to the house and they failed that baby girl!!!!! We have to do better as decent human beings to protect all these innocent children that have already had DCFS check on them and STILL END UP MURDERED by the hands of the people that are supposed to protect them. There needs to be higher standards and more accountability for the social workers that leave these children in homes that are clearly not suitable for children. The amount of children that have been in the system and still returned to a parent that ends up murdering them is absolutely despicable. It angers me to my core that these monsters are given custody of their children and given the opportunity to hurt them. Do better.

I guess he moved into his Grandma's house with no intention of paying any bills. He gets evicted bc "she didn't pay the mortgage"? And the electricity is cut off bc "Kevin didn't pay the bills"? What a loser.

They basically had a house handed to them, all they had to do is pay the mortgage and bills from that point on.. selfish and lazy people, just expecting others to pay everything for what they are using

These cases shatter my soul because I always think about my own children. I have a 3 year old and I couldn’t imagine how scared she’d be if her dad hurt her (he would never, he’s my husband and a gentle soul) but thinking about how sad, scared, her tears, the facial expressions. Ugh it kills me to think what Harmony felt while her own father was beating her. It’s just sick. It’s so sick. We are meant to protect our children not harm or kill them! Rest Easy Harmony!

I can't imagine living in a car woth three children. Living in a house with three young children is hard enough at times. imagine being stuck in a car with two adults who are mostly off their heads, not giving a toss about them. Those poor children.

What made me feel sick to the stomach and stuck in my mind, is the FACT he punched her repeatedly before/after getting his methadone fix, Then, and this is the part that makes my guts turn, is after "they' realised she was deceased, he folded her in half like an empty box and put her in a back pack, travelled wither her, hid her under houses. AND the so called "Mother" did NOTHING ! This is case is horrific. R.I.P sweet Harmony Montgomery.

Everyone has covered the guy that thinks he's a father very well and I agree. What also was concerning, the shameful way the kids were illogically handled. So child protective services investigated numerous times (no power in the home etc.) but then sheriff's office throws the family out. The kids now on the street to live in a car...sounds like every party dropped the ball to some degree of neglect...Foster home? Church help? Red Cross? Friend, family something?? Two days was two days too long in that car with Monster Daddy!

He really don't care about Harmony, he is upset over how it's against him. Just demand where is the child. She was with him, he never reported her missing. It seems that the CPS has failed. As for seemingly throwing the other police under the bus, it's good cop and bad cop playbook.
