If you know the circumstances there, it makes sense. It was a party house, where these kids came together with many people and strangers coming and going for months. There was also substances involved allegedly. Those people downstairs were used to all that ruckus and the screaming that went along with it. How do you tell party screaming insanity from people being murdered? Especially when it's the middle of the night and perhaps you're also intoxicated one way or another?

@@xuxuang8574 Well to be honest im having difficulty trying to figure out why BK father flew down to meet BK an drive back home with BK instead of flying BK home leaving his car back at his college or apartment ? ? from the original report before he was arrested at his parents house ? ? if i recall BK was going to school down the road of the students college home ? ? i don't understand why BK parents didn't just fly Brian Kohberger home instead of his father flying down to drive back home with BK ? another thing that's got me puzzled is the college students roommates waiting several hours before calling police they called friends to come to the house were there roommates had been Brutally murdered who does that ? ? there's a lot that doesn't add up in my opinion ? or how about the roommates who survived 1st they were home sleeping didn't hear anything then they were not home and came home to find there friends deceased and instead of calling 911 they waited around 6 to 8 hours before calling the police and were calling friends over instead ? isn't there laws about this ? and yes i heard it was a party house with heavy traffic people in and out ?? Bethany was the only one downstairs. Dylan was sleeping on the 2nd floor right there next to the kitchen. Kaylee and Maddie were right above her, and Xana and Ethan were just down the small hall from her. Everybody was winding down from the night. No party people were there, and the victims were in their own rooms. You can't tell me that Dylan and Bethany didn't hear anything, or expect the noise to be from the others partying!!

For me, the whole trauma response doesn’t make sense. If she saw the murders taking place, saw one of the victims on the floor bleeding or saw him standing there with a knife that would illicit a trauma response. But she didn’t actually see anything or hear anything in particular did she? She saw a man Standing in the hallway at night, but as college students there’s always strangers in the home. Maybe not always that late at night, but still it doesn’t seem like he didn’t threaten her or she didn’t see anything actually happen, so to lock yourself in a room for eight hours, when you didn’t know anything actually took place seems odd

@tony_h 9 ай бұрын
There's just too many coincidences in this case that would have had to happen for me to believe he's innocent. Bryan just so happened to be at/near the crime scene not long before it happened? And he just so happened to be there not long after it happened? And he just so happened to turn off his cell phone during the time of the murders? And it just so happened that an identical car to his drove away from the crime scene? And it just so happened that an eyewitness inside the house identified someone with bushy eyebrows similar to his? And it just so happened that his DNA was on the knife sheath that killed 4 people? I have an open mind, but the defense has a tough hill to climb with this one...

It's insane to me that LE continues to push the earlier description of the car, even though it is not the same model as BK. It's insane to me that not one of the students who were "visiting" the residence after the crime were taken in for questioning. It's insane to me that the Sigma Chi Idaho "brothers" were not taken in individually and questioned after learning of an altercation regarding the use of steroids and which Xana was key to breaking up. It is also insane to me that the knives seen on multiple occasions in the possession of said brothers and match the description of the murder weapon were not confiscated from the Sigma Chi and tested. It's insane that the roommates did NOT call 911 for so long. It's insane to me that there was no blood or evidence found in the house outside the bedrooms. The list goes on and on. This whole case is a sham, not the murders certainly, but the conviction of BK BEFORE these things are answered. Justice for the families and loved ones but not save face for the university and LE for God's sake.

I do find it insane that LE went out and arrested one man on a miniscule amount of touch dna that may or may not have been "planted". Do they know how the dna got there? Do you? As for the kabar knives owned by the Sigma Chi, that does happen to be the type that belongs to the sheath and also has been stated was the murder weapon. As for the questioning of all the suspicious people, not one word has been reported, alluded to or in any way stated that any of these people were taken in. Only one, Bryan Kohberger. They certainly didn't keep that out of the headlines.This is pointless to ramble on. No, the call time has no bearing, the two surviving roommates were asleep. Why would he have their DNA on him, it didn't sound like there was that much blood, when he left there was no blood trail, he may have had some blood on his stabbing hand and on the knife, or he could have wiped the blade and had minimal on his hand. Then he exits behind the house climbs the hill and gets in the car, or he pulls off a layer of clothes there, either way he leaves and dumps the knife and clothes on his extended drive that night.

If there was only one perpetrator and the victims were in pairs, one of each pair would have screeched in utter terror while the other was brutalized. Unless they were all zonked out cold but then was it really Xana that called DoorDash? That leads me back to suspicion about Emma Bailey and Demetrius Robinson doing a blitz attack. Robinson is a young, strong, bad guy. Not 20's young but man prime young, in his 30's. If Dylan did hear "crying" she's using a euphemism because at that point, according to her timeline from which everything revolves, it was the final groans of a fading life.

There is no reason to think they stayed in the house after finding the bodies. We don’t know that they found the bodies before the friends came over, that’s 100% speculation. The bodies very well could’ve been discovered after the friends arrived

They didn’t call the police because they had to clean up. That roommate cannot look in that courtroom and identify him. This was a fraternity sacrifice. 1 person is not gonna commit all of this. Where did they get stabbed. Did they die instantly? What did the autopsy say. Was it multiple stab woulds. Especially two were fighting back. Brian is not guilty. Is the 911 call gonna be used from the defense

I think drugs were involved & was a hired hit. He may have been involved with others buying drugs from one of the survivors that has been rumored to have been distributing for her boyfriend. Could explain why he had reportedly been by pinged around the house 11 times.

@@KT-fm7dt: Interesting theory. You’re suggesting that he was a drug user who was hired to kill all his dealer’s housemates? Who do you think hired him? A rival dealer?

Honestly i somewhat blame the roommates as well because no one will ever know if one of those 4 could if lived if the roommate called 911 right away. I will never understand that.

They wouldn't have due to the injuries sustained. He literally slaughtered them and if the heart doesn't have adequate blood flow within like 20 mins of that happening then they're gone. He made sure they wouldn't survive this. He mutilated their bodies and Xanas fingers were hanging off of her hand and Ethans legs were basically mutilated and Kaylee and Maddie were stabbed in the chest and stomach with guts hanging out from what I heard. No one would have survived any of that. That was the point of this...

From what we’ve heard, it doesn’t sound like they could’ve been helped. But either way, why would you blame the roommates for not calling 911 if they didn’t know they needed to

Eight hours is a very long time not to call the Police. Eight hours is a very long time to leave the victims, who were your friends, and housemates unattended. Eight is a very long time not to call the victims families. But, eight hours is long to clean the crime scene. Eight hours is long enough to get your story straight. Eight hours is long enough to dispose of evidence. There is absolutely no reason to wait EIGHT HOURS to call for help!!!!!!!

Nicole, you're making these speculations, but you're forgetting this was after a night of partying. She was up until the murders took place, probably drinking. Don't we normally sleep around 8 hours on a normal night? Well, think about after drinking - most of us have slept 10 hours after a night of partying. You're being very narrow-minded with your assumptions.

Jesus. What's with you people making judgement calls on a situation that more than likely you have never been in ( hope you never are) ? What's wrong with you? You have no idea what she thought, did, or said. The TRIAL is where the evidence is presented. This type of rhetoric is exactly why I'd never choose a jury. The amount of KZbin jurors --without evidence except for sensationalism KZbin channels is astounding. If you want to be a juror, then act like one and wait for the evidence. Ridiculous. Get off your soapbox.
