I think Jimmie is being truthful about Billy but I also believe Jimmie was more involved. I believe Jimmie was with them when they murdered Lorenzen. I believe Jimmie talked because he knew Sherra was probably going to pin the murder all on Jimmie. He was already in trouble for murdering his girlfriend. Sherra knew and gave him money towards his attorney. She felt that Jimmie owed her. He was already going to do time for his girlfriend so why not make him take the rap for Lorenzen. Just my opinion after hearing how Sherra was.

The prosecution just set there. The defense attorney was taking it all out of context. They should have objected to most all of it. Objected to the form and zero foundation. When, where, what, who, which time,etc.. There was a reason the defense didn't try to refresh his memory but a few times. You notice the few times he did. It showed him twisting the statement. The defense may actually got this jury so confused they want know what to do. Oh Yeah I'm not sure how all that helps his client. Jay is not the one on trial. I get trying to impeach Jay but it doesn't prove his client wouldn't there. Actually Jay was calling Billy's phone from a pay phone in Batesville, MS that night the murder happened. It was verified thru Billy's phone records. So Jay wasn't there. I think the defense is in over his head. He's terrible at cross examinations. The Judge is a real professional and one of the top judges I've seen.
