The agreement will not be considered valid because according to section 25(1) , in case of natural love and affection: 1. It must be done in account of natural love and affection. 2. It must be in writing 3. Must be registered under law. 4. Parties must be in near relationship. But in the given case , where A gives his property to B which is neither in writing nor registered will be considered as contract without consideration, thus it is void contract.❤
