as per sec 32 of indian contract act 1872 it states the enforcement of contract contingent on an event happening, which further states that if the event becomes impossible the contract becomes void. as per the case stated in the question , where A offered B to buy a mobile phone after his 10th exam , which now is getting cancelled so A can avoid the contract and B cannot claim the consideration because the contract is void on the event of the event becoming impossible.

Sir according to me in beginning it was a valid contract but after sometime due to corona exam will not be conducted so bcz of impossibility of performance it will be void and he is not able to demand phone 😊

Section 36 will not be applied bcoz as per that section the agreement the parties are making should me impossible from initial point... But in this case the contract they made was not impossible initially... It becomes impossible after the making of contract Ryt sir...?😊
