I like how you were using the trampoline as a temp table over there. This looks like an awesome set up Jimmy, well done!

What are the meat thermometer best temps? What is duration of cooking time per side if the cooker temp stays in between 220-300 f?
@CuffNStuffBBQАй бұрын
Go to 165 on chicken time varies from pit to pit.

@CuffNStuffBBQ I'm raising pigs , rabbits and chickens so I assume the temperature, low heat, can range from 165-300 depending on size of the cuts and how far the meat actually is from the coals, heat source? I'm very excited to do this as we're living in Philippines and , on this island at least, nobodies doing this. I'm a southern boy at heart and appreciate your channel and others there , back home USA, doing similar. Thanks

I've got some tin I found in an old barn. It's got some kind of finish on it. Can I use it for a lid on my pit?
@CuffNStuffBBQ2 ай бұрын
@@JosephAnderson-fd3bm Joseph if it’s galvanized I would burn the zinc off before you use it to cook.
