Hello sir I had this question regarding Indian partnership act 1932 U/s 22 liability of firm for misapplication by partner In this example, A, B, and C are partners of a place for car parking. P stands his car in the parking place, but A sold the car to a stranger for this liability the firm is liable for the acts of A. So isn't this authority outside the authority of a partner? because an act is not done in the normal business,usual way. It is under section 19(1) with 22. But section 27 has been ruled...
