The ACC mode is great but you don't want to have an open lawn that you share with your neighbors. Use it in a fence in yard.

I am not tech savvy at all and this was pretty easy. Setup is easy and quick, it's the mapping that takes the longest but it's fun. Like a remote control car!

Found them on Kickstarter. Sounds promising but im slightly concerned since the track record on Kickstarter mowers isnt too great and many are scams. Do you have any more info about the company or how did you find them? From the research I did it seems like ANTHBOT is owned by LDROBOT, which makes smart vacuums? It also seems like they were at CES and IFA which makes it look legit but then again what do I know...

@sanibelt to be completely honest I wanted to test out a robot that everyone could afford. Most of them are very expensive but they do work very well. This product had updates I needed to do right away (expected) their app has a lot of promise with advanced options that will be available. If you are a fenced in property the ANTHBOT is mint with its auto mapping usinf rtk and multiple cameras. There were open borders on this property and it was difficult to use the auto mapping but it did work. Overall for the price point of the ANTHBOT GENIE, the options it has, and what I believe it will become over the next few months with constant updates, one of the best bangs for your buck. I can say this is trash if I want but it's not. There is room for improvement with updates and it keeps getting better every week.

Can the RTK be in a different place than the base or do they have to be beside each other?

@philiparnott7564 no you can us the chord extention and move the rtk. We just liked the look of them being together. Plus didn't have to hide any wires.

Does the RTK need to be visible during its cutting? There is no place in my yard that will be line of site to every other place. Can I add on additional RTKs? Could this mow my neighbor's yards too? They might need their own RTK as well? I still can't figure out how these things will work with the typical privacy fence situation.

Same with robot vacuums. Some are cheap junk, and some are expensive and sophisticated. Unfortunately, the low information public generally purchase the cheap junk and then complains about the entire robot market. It's not rocket science. Gas powered mowers have been around for decades. They are designed the way they are designed for a specific reason. For example, the blade cuts at or beyond the width of the wheels so as to not leave the grass in the tracks uncut. Also, the lawnmower blade creates a vacuum thus lifting the grass to be cut. Razor blades and narrow cutting width as just foolish engineering mistakes made by high school robotic kids creating new inventions.

Are you sure this is not a scam? This is awfully similar to the Heisenberg 1H Pro lawnmower scam.. It's on kickstarter, aggressive advertising, incredible low price, already have one lawnmower on the market, not much info about the company, almost no likes anywhere and so on.. Feels very scammy to me. This could also harm your KZbin channel, so beware which companies you make reviews for.

To be honest, they reached out to me and the machine is still laying down stripes. There was another comment here the subscriber found them and they have other products. I know you can find them on amazon and have other mowers. I don't know how scams like that work but the machine came professionally packaged and they have an app for the machine that works pretty good. What would the scam be? Pay them and get no product? They have other mowers thats all I know.

@@TheNeighborDominator - Yes they have one other mower on the market, just like the Heisenberg company did. They earned alot of money on kickstarter, but no one ever received any product in the end. I'm not saying this is 100% a scam, I'm just saying the similarities are overwhelming and should be considered, there is alot of information missing. The videos of them testing the mower is also missing alot of key parts.
