I just wanna say: Your worker callin in sick is probs the coolest tiny feature ive ever seen in a game where it lets you manage other workers. Ive nvr seen a mgmt sim before where your workers can actually call in sick; nvr rly noticed that one bit of missing realism but now i totes will notice that in almost all mgmt sims, my workers get zero sick days and zero days off; no bereavement days even. Tiny features like this are what makes a mgmt sim game truly feel like an accurate simulation of whatever youre the manager of

Playgrounds in Pubs in England are very common. Pubs aren't just for getting drunk here - we often go down the pub for a meal, with family or friends. All the adults will sit around and chat; meanwhile, all the kids can play and keep busy. Lots of great summer memories spent at the Pub Beer Garden, mate.
