Loved all the videos man. I live in Iowa and am thinking about putting the tttf down on a part of my lawn I just killed and then overseeding it with the rest of the lawn. Do you think there was any negatives to this type of seed that you saw throughout the renovation? I just think it might be better than bluegrass with how green it stays throughout the summer.

I haven't put a single drop of water on the lawn (mother nature handles that) and the lawn has stayed green and lush throughout the summer. Its amazing. The other half of my lawn that i didn't renovate used to look just as good back in the middle of june, but since then its thinned/browned out and gone down hill with the heat and lack of rain. TTTF is absolutely incredible. The only downside is where my dog has pissed has created circles of dead grass, and the grass isn't growing back. So i have to reseed those spots and figure out a solution to him going to the bathroom. The fact that i have the darkest green grass, and i haven't had to irrigate it, and its in full sun is impressive and its why im going to stick to TTTF. Check out Hemi TTTF from seedsuperstore, because i think im going to use that next year when i reno the other side. The reason being that i used a 90%TTTF and 10%KBG blend, and ive noticed the KBG going dormant in my lawn while the TTTF has stayed perfect.

watch the next video #27... the lawn has continued to thicken up... i even think August 1st the lawn reached its peak which is nuts because the lawn shouldn't be getting better in the middle of the summer. Its awesome

Just found your channel and started checking out your videos. I just did a reno of 100% KBG and came out awesome. Your lawn looks fantastic. What mower are you using to get those deep stripes?
