Mr. Brownlee is without a doubt the most beautiful tenor voice of today. He is the heir of Luciano Pavarotti IMO. I just weep to hear the beauty of his voice. I hope he has a great career and makes many records.

I agree with you. I'm a Pavarotti lover and thought I would NEVER hear another voice to enchant me but now I love Brownlee and pray I can see him in person some day. His voice and emotion are perfect! He is phenomenal!

This is the most beautiful voice I have heard since I fell in love with Pavarotti. I'm only a fan but I feel the emotions, the warmth, the perfect legato, the ease of his phrasing, the purity of his notes, the beautiful tone...all perfect to my ears and to my heart. I will now diligently search for every performance of his and hope one day to hear him live. Thank you for this wonderful video.

I was there. Mr Brownlee was unforgettible.That night I became his fan. He had cast on his I think left foot and was wearing a sneaker on it, which was so cute. The other performer was a soprano, but I can't rememeber her hame.

On top of being technically second to none, Brownlee performs this aria with such emotional intensity, it feels genuine. What really stands out for me in this particular performance is the dynamic range and the exquisite phrasing, especially around 4:21-4:45. That having been said, it's really awesome to see so many new recent performances of LB's pop up. Every time I hear this guy, and think that it couldn't get any better, he keeps raising the bar.
