Have you tried cleaning the disc? Or uninstall and reinstall? Or a hard reset? Could be software related issue. Or It might be your disc drive and not the actual disc itself. My disc drive went out recently. Won't read some games but reads other's perfectly fine. The games that don't read, play perfectly fine on a friend's console. Very strange. Definitely sucks.
