One thing that stuck out to me in the earlier videos (I think Melvin already taught you that also) was the little street food places that to a European mind and perspective at first may look dodgy (I used to think that). I cannot recommend them enough. A friend once said that if a place is full, the food is safe to eat. Most of the patrons are locals and they wouldn’t come back if the quality or cleanliness were questionable! South East Asian Street Food is where it’s at. The more rickety the chairs are the better!!!
