These all facts are not really true it may be true for some top law firms that are minuscule in number, literary there are no assessment or analysis criteria, don't get panicked like you don't have a first division (majority of students for Delhi university FMS don't get 1st division and but still they get into top firms, ). law fraternity is all about networking, relations, reference and nepotism. no one can judge a person on the above-given attributes from a CV or 10-15 minutes interview just apply everywhere according to your interest you will get into one of them just be confident.

Do associates get holidays on festivals ,ro summer vacation or winter vacation?

They have holidays but they have so much work that they often work during holidays
