We shouldn't be living in a surveillance state. We should have a bit of privacy inside our cars. Weird ex, I should be able to pick my nose inside my car without being recorded. I truly belive ask these things will eventual be used to curtail people from moving around and that in a way week be a tool to control people's movements. If course I raised people week think I'm crazy. So be it. But did anybody 20 years ago or more think we would have to define what a man and a woman is?

You have no constitutional right to privacy in your car. SCOTUS has already ruled that whatever a person purposely exposes to public view does not have constitutional protection. If an officer pulls you over and notices an illegal substance in your car there is no right to privacy or protection that you have in that case. It's already established law. Either don't pick your nose, or just pick it and own the situation. The man/woman point is a strawman argument, but societal norms change and it's the law's responsibility to change with them 120 years ago we had Jim Crow laws. Is your position that laws should never change?

No, they are not depriving any law-abiding citizens of anything, they are just recording public information.
