Sir Ryland was the owner of Reservoir not Fletcher. Fletcher was plaintiff..

@@LawsWithTwins thanku you so much sir for reply I was confused in it and from many places I was getting this answer that Fletcher was plaintiff and Ryland was defender due to the first judgement of case in the year of 1665 which was in the favour of defender so plaintiff wins case in the House of Lords in the year 1668 that judgement was against the previous judgements so in that case we wrote Rylands name first on the place of plaintiff and Fletcher name second on the name of defender. Sir please recheck the case law please ... I am very much confused in it..
