السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته عندى قطعة ارض على حدود الحيز العمرانى وداخل كتلة سكنيه ولكن خارج الحيز ظاهر فيها سور فى التصوير الجوى وانا بعد كدا عملت تعديل للسور لمنزل وتقريبا سكنت فيه وشهادة البيانات فيها موقف ارتكاب المخالفه ،/// قبل هل كدا التصالح هيقبل إن شاء الله

لو سمحت لو أرض مبنيه غرفه وسور وفقدت مقومات الزراعه وعلى الاسفلت ف مدينه وماشين ف الإجراءات َن ٢٠١٩.. لها ترخيص وواخده صحة توقيع ولكن الترخيص اكتشفنا ان المهندس مزور الترخيص... الحل اي

أكبر معوق لأصحاب الشقق المحدوده في أبراج نظام الحماية المدنيه وياريت يتلغي في التصالح لأنهم عايزين مالك شقه يدفع كامل مبلغ المقدر للحمايه المدنيه لكامل البرج مع العلم إن قالهم شوفوا نصيبي كام وهحاول ادفعه لإنه لسه هيدفع قيمه التصالح أو عمل إقرار فياريت نعرف إيه أخر القرارات اللي اتخذت في موضوع الحمايه المدنيه

السلام عليكم. أنا لي طلب تصالح قديم ودفعت المبلغ كامل وكاش وحصلت على نسبة التخفيض وتمت معاينة الهيئه الهندسيه للقوات المسلحة وكل شيئ تمام ومطابق لكنها أرسلت تقرير لحي ثاني المحله الكبرى. يطالبني . إستنداء حق الدوله بنسبة ٢٥ في المائه من قيمة التصالح لكي أحصل على نموذج ٨ النهائي. مع العلم أنا دافع المبلغ كامل نهائي وكاش ومخلص كل شيئ وحصلت على نسبة التخفيض. رأي حضرتك سعادة المستشار. مع خالص الشكر والتقدير والاحترام

يافندم عند بداء التصالح الجديد تقدمت بالاوراق الازمه للحصول على شهاده البيانات وجاء فنين الوحده المحليه ومركز المعلومات وصدرو قرار ازاله كليه للمبني في حين المبني في التصوير الجوي ٢٣ وفي الملكيه ولا احد ينظر لمشكلتي
