For me, it's not about judges appointment. The reality is that under APC/Buhari, the judiciary was intimidated into a state of capture especially in political matters. They're still captives till date. They had redemption opportunity in 2023 but they decided it favours them more to remain "loyal".

Well said My learned friend. The Nigerian judiciary is in a comatose state.

Nigerians under the Tinubu-APC government now learnt how not to respect the rule of law. Justice in Nigeria now goes to the higher bidder. Which is the APC federal government and supporters. The government has turned judiciary to zombie and mete toys to play with. Anyonewho wantst to win a case in Nigeria court should join the APC-TINUBU government. Even if such a person is a criminal and is found to be guilty under the Nigeria constitutional rule, the Abuja and other Federal Hight Courts now mis- carries justices against the just & right person who is now judged GUILTY and the offenders will be set free. Other citizens, minority political parties, have no trust or confidence in the Nigeria judiciary because the federal government now interfares in the administration of courts, judges, and up to the Supreme Court. There is no longer respect for the rule of law, and anarchy is now the order of the way of life in Nigeria.

There's no separation of power in the so-called Nigeria democracy. The judiciary has become a joke, to say the least. No one trusts the judiciary and other institutions because of their antecedents. Nigeria, as a country, is in trouble. Corruption smells and happens daiy on the corridors of power. Holy book says that righteousness, which is justice, builds up a nation, and sin is a disgrace. There's always a chaos when injustice triumphs and this is the lot of Nigeria 🇳🇬 as a country
