In my ongoing proceedings the lawyer used the exact words " agar yahi baat tune bahar kahi hoti to bacta nahin" now this was not recorded by the so called learned judge even when prayed persistently now is this intimidation and a criminal act is it the privilege

Sir case fixing is also protected? signing false affidavit by lawyer is also protected? Because i m going to file suit for assassination of character in affidavit.are they protected of committing emotional and verbal abuse towards victim of domestic violence in court? How much they are protected? Aren't court protecting malpractices?

Agar defendant trail ke dauran case se irrelevant baat bole aur plaintiff ko defame karne ki koshish kare ya koi nayi baat bataye jisse koi nayi crime samne aaye to kya wo uspar charge ban sakta hai Ye charge usi case me add hoga ya uske liye alag se case hoga

In appeal against the order of the court of Assistant collector, submission of respondent --- Assistant collector intentionally, malafidely, dishonesty in active collusion with Gobind, complainant, for reasons best known to them without application of mind has passed illegal order... Is this statement against revenue court and complainant is protected under the law

Evidence act me diya hua hai ki court me sunwai ke douran jo bhi bate ki jati hain un bato ko lekar advocate ke upar koi bhi karwai nahi ho sakti hai aur na bakiyon ke upar ho sakti hai lekin witness agar jhhuthi gawahi deta hai to woh is protect ka laabh nahi pa sakta hai kyonki agar gawahi hi jhhuthi hai to phir matlab saaf hai ki nukshan pahuchane ke liye jhhuthi gawahi de raha hai aur isliye jhuthi gawahi ke douran jo bhi maanhani karak kathan witness kahta hai to phir yaha maanhani ka bhi case banega kyonki witness yaha jhhuthi bat bol raha isliye use protect ka laabh nahi diya ja sakta kyonki agar protect ka laabh diya gaya to phir jhhuthi gawahi par kisi ko jail tab hogi hi nahi kyonki woh kah dega ki use protect ka laabh milna chahiye. Isliye janbujhkar fasane ke liye ya jaanbujhakr maanhani karne ke iraade se koi bat court me bolta hai to use protect ka laabh nahi mil sakta hai bhale hi advocate kyon na ho... Matlab ki agar advocate koi aisi bate bolta hai jisaka us case se dur dur tak 10% bhi sambadh nahi hai to phir use protect ka laabh nahi diya ja sakta hai lekin advocate ke dovara boli gayi bat ka sambandh case se hota hai aur use batana Zaruri hota hai to phir protect ka laabh milega. Supreme court aur baki Court ne good decision Diya hai.... Lekin yaha witness ko zara bhi laabh nahi milega agar usaki gawahi jhhuthi hai to aur agar gawahi me aisi bat bolta hai ki kisi ka maanhani hota hai to phir witness par sirf jhhuthi gawahi dene ka hi nahi balki maanhani kathan kahne ka bhi muqadma chalaya ja sakta hai... Protect witness ko tabhi milega jab usaki gawahi sachhi ho warna koi bhi laabh nahi milega... Eak bat clear kar du ki protect advocate aur judge ko lekar hi khaaastour par diya gaya hai aur witness ko laabh isaka tab milta hai jab usaki gawahi sachhi hogi warna maanhani kathan kahane par maanhani ka case kiya ja sakta hai sath me kyonki eak witness sirf court me hi woh bat nahi kahta hai balki court ke bahar bhi bolta hai tabhi to use gawahi ke liye laya jata hai....

Last year ke rules m aesa kuch tha kya ki aibe or two year court practice honi chahiye , mujhe iss bar judiciary ka exam dena h but m aibe ka test nhi de rhi hu, isliye m confused hu kahi mera exam na rah jaye, sir agar aapko iss bare m koi bhi information ho to plz tell me 🙏
