Layered cheesecake with fresh blueberries
Ingredients for the cheese filling:
750g cream cheese or cottage cheese
4 medium eggs
7-8 tablespoons caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
grated peel of half a lemon (organic or organic, untreated peel)
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
4-5 tablespoons semolina (70g)
300-350g fresh or frozen blueberries
Ingredients for the cake (22x33cm baking tray):
3 medium eggs (at room temperature)
12 tablespoons caster sugar (150g)
12 tablespoons vegetable oil (100ml)
12 tablespoons milk (100ml)
14 tablespoons plain flour (250g)
a pinch of salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
🔥 Baking:
- the first layer of dough is baked at 170 degrees C (up and down without ventilation) for 10 minutes;
- in the second stage of baking, continue baking the cake at the same temperature for other 30-35 minutes;
