​@@jasonthai1005 basically when layla is to stressed, she will become to sleepy and when she slept. Her other personallity comes out. Her other personality complete opposite of layla who is timid and pessimistic. While she usually complete her tasks while she slept. Like she said, most of it already completed by layla. So what other layla do is add some finishing touches. Obviously she isnt aware she had a split personality and thinks it was a "blessing from the stars"....

Could be, but she's writing it while actually sleeping, like she's dreaming about writing, and accidentally doing it as well in real-life. If Sleepwalking Layla was the one doing it, Layla would look like she's awake while writing. My guess is, Hoyoverse only came up with this second personality concept specifically for this story, so her idle animations were already done since way back in last year.

it's specifically DID, aka dissociative personality disorder, its a childhood trauma disorder where a traumatized person (more specifically a child, since their mind is underdeveloped, thus reacts more to traumatic situations in ways that'd shift the human mind) is a system (a person with DID/associated disorders like OSDD and the likes) and has alters and have their memories split apart from alter to alter, and each alter is different based on the trauma a person experienced. some people have larger alter counts in their system, others have less, and some people have fictives (alters who take on aspects of fictional characters in order to survive and cope with their trauma) while other systems don't. systems vary from person to person, and it's not possible for a system to form without trauma. because of these differences, it's hard to pinpoint a specific average alter count for a system, and it's hard to naturally point out a system as alters are able to mask as the host/another alter in order to not get caught and stuff. it's usually demonized with the evil split personality trope and i don't have the right to speak much on it but it's definitely a horrible trope. a lot of did symptoms are the same as other system-based disorder symptoms (memory issues, disorientation, lost sense of self, etc etc) so a lot i've said goes for the other disorders (like osdd) there's more to this but that's the best i can talk about it as a singlet (a person who isn't a system) who's heard of system talk from other systems (usually from my friends)

it's possible that layla is a system without being known and diagnosed and another alter has her memories (memory bearer alters) as to how it formed, but knowing the details now isn't possible, i think

Based off the few voicelines about other former scholars, it seems that the Akademia is a HIGHLY competitive area, even as a student. If Layla is more sensitive, then it is bound to put too much pressure on her and cause her PTSD. Remember, people react to stress differently. The only thing putting me off is that the other personality is referring to the sleep-deprived Layla as "Layla" and refers to herself as an independent personality

Ironically, I find Layla similar to Steven Grant (Moon Knight) and then now finding out in the hangout event that she also has a split personality.
