as a costa rican , i must say jaco nas nice 15 years ago , not anymore for party towns with night life those places are in guanacaste specially tamarindo and on the carribean side is puerto viejo , still jaco is near a lot of interesting places like manuel antonio national park , but i hope you could enjoyed the green of the forests in CR .

It’s great that you enjoyed our country, next time you come to Costa Rica you could also go to La Fortuna to observe the Arenal Volcano and visit the thermal waters and Rio Celeste, also visit Manuel Antonio National Park to observe 3 types of monkeys, 2 types of sloths and travel to Monteverde and Tortuguero. Finally, you could visit the beautiful beaches of Guanacaste, Cahuita and Punta Uva. The Caribbean side has a Jamaican vibe and its food is delicious
