Good stuff! I have way too many thoughts on this than can be shared in a KZbin comment. Maybe we need to have a round 2 podcast together soon, Artem? I probably have a unique perspective given I bridge both the meta-crisis and marketing worlds (10-year career in the marketing industry where I was making very good money by the end to sell people more stuff they don't need). My existential crisis came when I was making well into six-figures, so I'm acutely aware that money doesn't solve for meaning. While searching for my own purpose, I redesigned the ikigai model to intentionally remove "what you can be paid for" to get it closer to the truth of ikigai and also solve for purpose as primary (with profit as a natural/optional byproduct of your purpose in action). Many people in the meta-crisis space seem to only be talking to each other which makes it easy to forget that ~80% of Western human minds are still in conventional levels of psychological development (if Cook-Greuter's EDT is at least directionally accurate). That means 8 in 10 people have no interest in the stuff we're talking about, selling, requesting funding for, etc (yet at least). I remind myself of this constantly with the work and products I create with Sloww. That being said, I do believe those who are psychologically developed can create businesses that are "conscious capitalism," "enlightened entrepreneurship," "spiritual business," (insert any term you like). I'm happy to go into the details of everything I've learned over 5+ years attempting to make Sloww financially sustainable.

Hey Kyle... super down for another dialogue especially around these topics. Would love to bring your perspective into the mix. I'll reach out soon.

Great stuff. And I would love to see you interact with a lot of Liminal viewers and project initiators in some kind of Q&A event. You can have your own episode w/Artem and I can share it so people can comment about it in an asynchronous manner. But I also want to throw in the possibility of some kind of real time, synchronous conversation with others as well.
