The explanation associated with the reduction of EMI due to using more layers is misleading. The reason that EMI is reduced for the four layer board relative to the two layer board is not the increase in the number of layers, but the presence of the ground plane closer to the top signal plane... Aside from that, this was an excellent video!

Thank you for the comments. I agree - the proximity of the internal ground plane to the top layer is the difference maker. It results in lower impedance return path.
