NGL Scuttle could actually be balanced if her abilities were toned down. Q as an engage knockup charge W become briefly untargetable and immobile while creating a region that enhances all ally movement speed E is an untargetable dive dash, and you can activate W while still submerged R become the Herald and empowers autos and Q but removes use of W and E until deactivated
