how much pump air
@carolinepeters50484 жыл бұрын
This video fails to show several things. Firstly the time you should inflate the pool via the pump. The manual has 5 minutes printed above? Mine inflated in seconds and I was scared to leave for 5 minutes in case it over inflated it putting pressure on tbe seams so I used the hand pump and inflated to the max of 10. It doesn't give any guidance to timing, I'm sure dolly with the hose didn't stand there for the afternoon. I think ours took about three hours to fill and over night to heat to our set 38°. Most importantl, there should be a WASHER on the air flow connector. If yours is missing, and the connector WILL leak water from the outlet without it, you will find it inside the black cap that is used to put over the air pool connection when the pump is removed. I hope this helps as it caused us a real headache. The cap will he sealed in a separate parts bag. I am yet to find out how to reinflate the lid without disconnecting the pump as the valves on the hand pump don't fit and the last thing we want to do is keep taking the pump off as its quite fiddly to line up and connect. Problems aside, we absolutely love our spa 😊

Caroline Peters Can you please describe what the washer looks? Our pool is leaking and we can't find it.

Thankyou for the information on the valve! I had seen it in the cap on emptying the box but had no idea it was required to be connected to the outlet, there was nothing in the video or written instructions to indicate this, consequently we had a leak! and wasted valuable water as we are metered, so grateful for your comments.

Has anyone used the Helsinki in winter time? If so, does this "Freeze shield Tech" actually work?
@Siperiantiikeri3 жыл бұрын
I use Helsinki around the year in Finland, works just fine (third year).

@@Siperiantiikeri Do you keep it plugged in at all time? I mean Finland you must get a lower temp than -10 ? I live in the north of Sweden and we get -30 yearly :)

I heard that you must not use a power cable extension. Is this right? If yes, how long is the cable? Thank you
@Lay-Z-Spa-UK2 жыл бұрын
That is correct. The power cable is appox 7 metres long, which is usually enough to reach an outdoor socket.

Ridiculous that this company make me watch adverts for Peleton in order to view a video to set up their products. Have a word.
