This workout is so effective I feel the burn in a good way I have really bad neck and back pain from a accident so I can’t do floor workouts and most workout routines are on the floor so it’s easier to stand or be on the bed and there’s not many workouts like this I love all your workouts they motivate me to never give up on my goals can you please do more bed workouts and maybe a Taylor swift one if you can thanks 😊
