Rosemary says "I want you to read them out loud", usually they ask "Do you want me to stay w/u while you read it, or do you want me to read it in front of me? I was shocked, & I thought it was wrong. I feel like the letters from the parents was something personal & it should of been Ambers decision to wanna read it in front of her or not, but she didn't give her that option. It was sad to hear Amber's mom say she barely hugs her. I'm always hugging my son.

Even when I say "yes mom" or "Yes dad" to my parents, they don't like it. This is extreme compared to how I was raised. My mom is strict, but not that strict. And, my dad is for the most part, very lenient, cool, calm and collected. This is so extreme. Not liking it.
