Hey bro !! I m a doctor actually I also had telogen effluvium 2 times and i really had very very long hair till my knees So let's talk about TE.. well it is a cycle for around 3-6 months...I had it for around 6 months .both times It is self treatable in 3-6 months and all the hair loss is reversible . I also have a lot of baby hair.... If you want some kind of medication u can use the 2 % minoxidil solution And biotin supplements...and plz plz eat a lot of protein....so that ur recovery can be fast. And plz don't be stressed out ..cause it will be fine soon....just don't do vigorous hair brushing and literally u don't have to cut your hair......it's all about roots not about your strands bruh.
