about crawl space->error room. i once had run with pluto+few size down pills and 2 speed and when i "ran" down in the crawl space i fazed through the floor and went to error room

pluto alone is enough of a size down to do this btw. on some layouts this can happen with enough speed, but you can force it by bombing yourself while in a corner as well
