The reason you didn't see sacred heart is probably a bug related to an interaction between gliched crown and quest items (key pieces). Glitched crown forces another 4 items to "show" when spawning a key piece and despite not seeing them cycling at all, they are gone from the pool.

The list of mods might also be global I think but I haven't continued editing Isaac like I originally intended, so I've forgotten most of what I was learning. (Plus I still don't even have side characters unlocked so my modding lessons are sortof premature anyway)

My assumption is that the degrees to which the character sprite is spinning is smth recorded in a programmed variable and the item sprite just mimics those variables constantly if the item has specialist activated on it I think thats it Matt

I dont know if you know this so sorry if its stating the obvious but one way to find the secret room is by paying attention where the enemies spawn because they cannot spawn near or on the wall facing the secret room im pretty sure so for the more difficult maps you can use that lol sometimes I make sure the enemies arent near the wall by confirming with a room next to that room and then bomb it and it usually works

My favorite thing to do with 3D dice is to see if they modeled them right. Most people don't know that 1 is always on the opposite side to 6, 2 on the opposite side to 5, etc. They always make them 1 2 3 4 around the sides and then 5 and 6 on the top and bottom.
