tbh, tainted isaac is my personal least favourite character to both watch and play. Yeah, you always get OP runs and oneshot everything and demolish and who doeasn't love quad insta brim, but playing him always leaves me dissatisfied. Spin-up and Spindown are identical in function, just inversed. It's not a literal list of items, they both go by internal ID number. So if you generally know spindowns, then you already know spin-ups, just take what you know and flip it around. :) for some specific examples: Brimstone spins up to Blood Bag, and Sacred Heart spins up to Toothpicks. The real challenge would come from whether you know what important items would spin down into, as _those_ are the items you would be looking for with Spin-up
